Refund Policy

We've done our best to ensure that our return policy is fair and also results in the reduction of waste. Plants that are returned are not resalable to reduce the potential spread of pests from one home to another, therefore all plants that are returned must be composted.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we'll always do our best to make it right. Receipt or order confirmation required for returns & exchanges.

Holiday Decor: After December 10th, holiday decor items are final sale and not returnable. Holiday decor items include ornaments, wreaths, garlands, holiday trees, and lights. Fresh Garlands and wreaths are not refundable.

Hard Goods: Any unused non-plant or non-holiday item may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt or order number.

Plants: To reduce the spread of pests from one home to another, we cannot resell returned plants and must discard them. For this reason and to help keep our prices low, we ask that you do not return plants unless absolutely necessary to help reduce waste. Plants that you are unhappy with are returnable within 7 days of purchase with a receipt or order number. We do not accept plant returns after 7 days.

Delivery Plants: Please contact us within 24 hours if you are unhappy with your purchase and we'll make it right. Plants that are delivered can be returned within 7 days if the plant does not meet your expectations. Our return pickup fee is $15 or you can also return the plant to our store on your own for no fee. 

Shipping and delivery will also sometimes cause slight imperfections or occasional leaf damage that will not interfere with the health of your plant. We encourage you to unpack your new plants as soon as they arrive.

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. If you have any problems with your order, or items arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Pests: Plants found to have pests are returnable within 7 days of purchase. We make every effort to make sure your plants arrive healthy and ready for you to add to your collection. All of our plants are sprayed at least once, but often multiple times with Neem and other organic insecticides to ensure your plants are healthy and happy when they arrive. We take biosecurity really seriously.

Living things benefit from, and in some cases, need other living things to grow and be healthy. To naturally limit the spread of pests, keep your plants healthy and water consistently and your plant's own immune response will prevent most infestations.
